This is a 1/72 scale model of the German fighter Messerschmitt Bf 109G-2. It was used in World War II. This was the most common variant of the Bf 109 during World War II. The Bf 109G-2 retained the Bf 109’s overall structure, which included a welded tube fuselage with aluminum alloy wings. However, some structural changes were made to improve aerodynamic performance and maneuverability.Performance: Thanks to the powerful engine and heavy armament, the Bf 109G-2 was known for its excellent flight performance.
